The guest suite rooms and study of an apartment in a 1950s Grade II modernist building overlooking Green Park were stripped out and refitted, with the clients remaining in residence throughout the project. The design incorporated 2m x 1m porcelain tile panels in the bathroom and guest cloakroom, a bespoke solid marble basin, and extensive use of LED flush lighting fittings in the ceilings and walls throughout all rooms.
