A 9th floor penthouse apartment, situated within close proximity of the RIBA building, was completely gutted and renovated. All internal walls were removed, structural reinforcement of the mansard roof installed, acoustic flooring laid, and bespoke joinery built into the new stud partitions where possible to maximise the usable area of the apartment.
